It's a bit far from the city center, but the pick-up and drop-off are on time. It takes about 10-15 minutes by tuktuk. I didn't notice that the spa sent an email message at first, but I only found out after being reminded by customer service, which prevented both parties from waiting in isolation. The environment is very good and the reception staff are very friendly. There are three massage intensities that you can choose from and can be changed at any time. There is a welcome drink and snacks when you arrive, and there are drinks and snacks after the massage. There are also soaps, massage oils, moisturizers and the like available for purchase on site. I took my parents there and they were very satisfied. They felt very comfortable after the massage. It was a very enjoyable experience.

This Spa is a definitely 5-star Rated. The facilities are well equipped and maintained. Therapists are very experienced and very thoughtful ensure you are comfortable during your session. Before you leave the spa, you were given hot tea and nice snacks to cool down yourself after the spa sessions.

It was wonderful! You can choose your favorite aroma oil from about five options, such as jasmine or coconut. For the scrub, you can choose from three options: coffee, avocado, or mango. They asked if there were any specific areas I wanted them to focus on. After the aromatherapy massage, they applied the scrub, and then after a shower, they applied moisturizing cream.

This was a great and indulgent experience. There’s hot steam with a tub of flowers. The shampoo and shower gel were rich. It was a stress reliever. The massage was also deep tissue the best I had in Siem Reap! Would recommend if u feel like pampering yourself.
