From 17 November 2023 to 1 January 2024, Cityplaza and Disney will join hands on a special green Christmas campaign called "GROW with LOVE." Come celebrate the season as the mall's second-floor Atrium and Centre Bridge transform into a captivating green Christmas garden, inviting you to participate in planting activities and infuse a touch of life and love into the holiday season. One of the event's highlights is the impressive 9.5-meter-high Mickey's Garden Cottage. Visit the interactive areas to join beloved Disney characters and show love by collecting all four planting elements to help a plant grow from scratch. Even Groot will be there! Throughout Cityplaza's ground floor and first floor, you can even stop by various "GROW with LOVE" installations to take photos with Disney friends and create joyful memories.

Visit the GROW with LOVE Pop-up Store to explore and take home over 300 delightful Disney souvenirs, including event-exclusive items sure to bring happiness and joy. In addition, you can spend designated amounts at Cityplaza from 1 to 26 December to enjoy Christmas's Triple Shopping Delight and redeem exclusive gifts to celebrate a loving and meaningful Christmas with your loved ones. As soon as you enter the Atrium on the second floor, your gaze will be drawn to the magnificent 2.75m-tall Mickey Mouse waiting to greet you at Mickey's Garden Cottage as you embark on a delightful gardening journey. Take a moment to sit and unwind beside the cottage, appreciating its festive charm and immersing yourself in the Christmas atmosphere. Step into the 9.5m-tall winter cottage to discover a festive ambiance filled with shimmering, Mickey-shaped Christmas decorations, all crafted using recycled plastic. As you continue through the cottage and into the garden, don't be surprised when Mickey and Minnie unexpectedly appear in the window beside your path. Seize this wonderful opportunity to snap a photo and create a lasting memory with Mickey himself!

As you capture your precious moments in photos, breathe in the delightful, crisp scent of eight real Christmas spruce trees. A treasure for not only your eyes but also your nose, these trees will make you feel like you've stepped into a forest, surrounded by nature. To celebrate this festive season, Cityplaza has partnered with PLANT PLANT, a local innovative green technology company, which has transplanted the spruce trees, roots and all, from their original habitat to the Christmas garden using advanced technology. After the event, the trees will be replanted whole, preserving their lives and upholding the principles of sustainability.

Assemble the Four Elements in the Christmas Garden and Grow a Plant with Disney Friends

Growing plants is a delightful process that requires four essential elements: seeds, water, sunshine, and love. Your Disney friends are enthusiastic about growing and nurturing their own plants. They're all ready to go and eagerly waiting for you to help them in the interactive planting element areas. Join them to embark on a joyful planting journey together!

In the vibrant world of gardening, a tiny seed holds boundless vitality. However, at Chip 'n Dale's Nut Hut, located on the Centre Bridge of the second floor, an unexpected challenge has arisen – the seeds have gone missing! Join the lovable duo Chip and Dale as they search for the seeds hidden among the pine cones. Uncover the missing seeds so you can plant them.

At Donald's Water Wheel, a steady stream of clean water cascades down as the wheel gracefully turns. To ensure that the seeds receive ample hydration, Donald Duck has placed a bucket nearby to catch the water droplets from the wheel. Your mission is to use the bucket to collect enough water in the specified time to irrigate the seeds so they can germinate and flourish!

During the festive Christmas season, everyone exchanges heartfelt wishes for joy and warmth. As you stroll towards Minnie's Sunny Hut, shower Minnie with well wishes out loud to make the sun shine on the earth and infuse this wintry day with warmth. Collect the sunlight to help the plants grow and thrive!

When you reach Groot's Greenhouse of Love, you'll find Groot eagerly waiting for you at the entrance. Take a picture with him, then follow the instructions to show the plant your love. Touch the flower pot with tenderness and watch in awe as it magically blooms. In an instant, the plant will be projected onto the wall, growing with vigour and vitality. Capture their extraordinary journey by swiftly snapping photos of your own plant's growth as it unfolds before your eyes!

But the surprises don't end there! Collect the QR codes for any two elements – seeds, water, sunshine, and love – to redeem a special Christmas-tree shaped card with seeds adorned with your Disney friends. Take the card home, plant it in the soil, and add water, sunshine, and love, then witness the magic as it Grows with Love at home.

Additionally, the Disney friends have set up various "GROW with LOVE" installations throughout the ground and first floors. Be sure to capture memorable photos with your favourite Disney characters, and preserve the enchantment of the moment in your heart!
