About the event
Shui ban is a traditional heritage Hakka food, Chef Colin’s cooking class will take you through the steps of making this delicious heritage dish from scratch. During the class, you will learn how to prepare the ingredients, mix the rice and water, and flavor the mixture. By the end of the class, you will have a deep understanding of the traditional heritage Hakka food, shui ban, and will be able to recreate it at home to impress your friends and family.

Chinatown Business Association (CBA) was set up by a group of passionate Chinatown stakeholders drawn from a cross-section of business leaders, grassroots leaders, Chinese clan associations, hoteliers, hawkers, retailers, and more.
