Vacations | Concert Information

vacations-01 (1)

With gleaming guitar hooks, earworm melodies and frontman Campbell Burns’ sonorous voice, it’s no wonder that Australian band Vacations has drawn fans in from all over the world. A brainchild of Burns’, Vacations started out as his songwriting vehicle in 2016, only becoming fully realised later on with the addition of members Jake Johnson, Nate Delizzotti and Joseph Van Lier.

Now a full-fledged band, the following years saw Vacations touring the world and releasing their debut studio record in 2018, Changes. 2020 marked a notable shift for the band. They released their third album Forever in Bloom, and in the same year, had their song Young from the 2016 EP Vibes go viral on TikTok, as well as their 2018 track Telephones. 2022 saw more touring for the band in Australia and America, including an appearance at Austin City Limits Festival.

The band continued to ride this upward swing into 2023—touring the UK and Ireland, appearing at New Zealand’s Outfield Festival, releasing the single Next Exit from their upcoming album Midwest, which will be release on 9 June.

These are woozy, hazy, sometimes sunshiney, sometimes lovelorn tunes sprinkled with earnest lyrics and the occasional existential musing—don’t miss this Singapore debut by Vacations and come sing your heart out with this beloved indie rock band.
