The Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2024 will be held on January 21 (Sunday) next year. The 19th Asian Marathon Championships will be held at the same venue. Top runners from nearly 45 Asian regions and countries will come to compete with local runners.

The biennial Asian Marathon Championships chose Hong Kong to host the first event after the resumption of the epidemic. It is also the fifth time that Hong Kong has been chosen as the venue for the competition. This shows that Hong Kong plays an important role in marathon events and international events and has been recognized by the international sports community.

The Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon ("Standard Chartered Marathon") to be held on January 21 (Sunday) next year will fully return to its pre-epidemic scale, with the number of entries increased to 74,000. Precautions:
