After three years of isolation, The Flashback finally materializes their debut album "Comfort Zone" and holds a one-night-only Hong Kong concert aboard the Odyssey spacecraft. This concert is a compilation of The Flashback's works over the years, exploring the vastness of space and featuring ants from "Comfort Zone" as the main characters. It symbolizes the Flashbackers (ants) finally boarding the spacecraft, leaving their comfort zones and roaming in space...

The Flashback is an independent band from Hong Kong that released their debut album "Comfort Zone" online in 2021 during the outbreak of the pandemic. The album blends various music genres like britpop, punk, and post-rock, laying the foundation for The Flashback's unbound creative style. Its singles "Replay" counterattack the boring society with self-repetition, "Crawling in the Dark" awakens rebellious souls with hysteria, and "Down By The River" is a healing love letter to Hong Kong. Although "Comfort Zone" primarily features English songs, its content is inseparable from Hong Kong's daily life.

After leaving their comfort zones, The Flashback announced a new concept “Inner Self” for their second album and released four new singles between 2021-2023, including "Dawn," "Crucifixion (Reprise)," "The Answer," and "The Way I Die." The Flashback launched into a new phase with more minimalistic and emotionally profound songs, adding metalcore and emo rock elements from new members. They embarked on a journey of self-exploration, facing their authentic "Inner Self."
