Band Weekend: Classical Crossover! | Concert Introduction

Band Weekend is back with even more wind and brass ensembles.

Enjoy an evening of specially curated classical crossover tunes themed to a unique fashion of traditional classical works and contemporary artistry. Expect to hear familiar melodies from famous composers such as Ludwig van Beethoven, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Frédéric Chopin and Johann Sebastian Bach, while enjoying the groovy mixes of pop, rock and jazz!

Audiences will also be treated to Highland Cathedral—a captivating and moving melody featuring a solo bagpipe performance by one of New Gen Wind Symphony’s very own.
