Concert Introduction

ADOY is an indie pop band from South Korea, Hongdae, comprising of Juhwan (vocals and guitar), Zee (synthesizer), Dayoung (bass), and Geunchang (drums). The four-piece band puts their own spin on pop songwriting by blending synth pop music with motifs brimming with analogue, lo-fi interiors. 

Following the success of their EPs Catnip (2017) and Love (2018), which included singles such as Grace and Wonder, ADOY released their debut full-length album Love in 2019, propelling them to household name status in South Korea by playing to a 2,000 strong sold-out show at the prestigious Yes 24 Live venue. In the same year, the band toured Hong Kong, Manila, Bangkok, Taipei, and Hanoi, becoming one of the most popular bands from Asia.  

In 2021, ADOY released their new EP Her which spun the singles Baby and Simply, with the latter attracting more than two million views on YouTube in less than a month.
