Round and Found | Hong Kong Art and Inheritance Fundraising Show Introduction
“Round and Round, Round and Found”
In Geometry, “point” is the basis of all shapes and lines.
The circumference is also formed by numerous closely linked points.
Men’s life is full of chances and encounters.
If we symbolize our life journey as a circle, the joint points on each circumference represent each encounter we have in life,
in which they have completed the path and enriched our experiences.
The title, “Round and Found”, inspired by the idiom “Round and Round”, delivers two layers of meanings:
The first meaning implies the recurring cycle of encounterment in the art field, how people of the field have been and will continue supporting the young creators .
The word “Found” implies our wish for audiences to encounter pieces they like in exhibitions of different phases. We also hope young creators can seek suitable support through this program.
Showcasing artworks collected by Arthome on different occasions, this show pieces together the episodes of collector and artists’ encounters.
The exhibiting works include diverse art medium like drawings, sculptures, ceramics to photography, created from master and young artists, illustrators and photographers.

About the Program
“ The Round and Found - Hong Kong art and inheritance program” is determined to support the younger generation of artists and creative makers from different disciplines, organized by Arthome.
There will be two stages executing in this program, the fundraising exhibition in July to September 2022, and the “Creative Makers Residency Program”.
The raised fund will be used as the supporting cost of the second stage of the program, for sponsoring artists’ exhibition venue cost and material fees.
