Due to current border policy, we regret to announce that ANNE-MARIE DYSFUNCTIONAL TOUR LIVE IN TAIPEI originally slated for 11 October 2022 at Zepp New Taipei is now canceled.

Fans who have purchased tickets with credit card will not need to make any refund request, the face value of the ticket will be refunded to your credit card automatically. The ticket refund process will be completed by early October 2022, you can then go to tixCraft ticketing to check if your order status has changed to “Refund due to non-personal reasons”. The ticket fee refund process will take around 40 business days, with the actual refund period up to the bank which issued your credit card.
