Yes. Meet Atul Khatri, a middle-aged ex-CEO -tuned-comedian who now makes a living making people laugh harder than they ever have. Please watch his comedy special on Netflix as part of “Comedians of the World” which featured the globe’s top 47 comedians.

Bringing his 50+-year-old perspective with every show, Atul starts with ranting at the audience not to take offense at any of his jokes and goes on to say how taking offence has become a national pastime everywhere. He then rants about how audience members expect comedians to come up with new jokes every time while expecting musicians to play the same songs every time. Atul then talks about getting old and ticking off some things off his bucket list. He then talks about his experiences of getting Covid, quarantining with his wife for 10 days, the various challenges he faced during his covid period and how he survived the trauma of his fellow “Uncle” colleagues giving him unwarranted advice. He then talks about his experiences of joining WhatsApp groups and how uncles like him went berserk during the pandemic. He also feels that the pandemic has definitely made some things better including condolence meets. His fun set includes his relationship with his daughters and why he feels he is truly blessed to have daughters rather than sons. He also talks about his 3- year-old grandson, his Indie dog Mr Butter Khatri who one day will have more Instagram followers than him.
