Accept redemption registration date:
From 11:00, February 1, 2023 to 23:59, February 28, 2023 (applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted and will be refunded)
Redemption Steps:
After receiving your redemption application form, the organizer will notify you of your registration number by email (reply in about 2-3 working days), then please follow the email instructions to send the complete original 2021 ticket (if you hold a physical ticket , must be mailed together with the ticket stub) to the designated address.
- Due to the large number of registrations, please wait patiently for a reply.
- New tickets will be notified by Cityline via email in April.
Please note:
1.) Only registered mail or express delivery is accepted, and delivery by mail on delivery is not accepted.
2.) The organizer will not be responsible for lost tickets
3.) If a counterfeit ticket is found, it will be reported to the police immediately. According to the Theft Ordinance, making fraudulent misrepresentation in an attempt to obtain a refund by deception and according to the Criminal Ordinance, making or using counterfeit tickets can constitute a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment, do not try the law.
Please keep the completed form and send back the photo file of the original ticket (front and back) and the stub by registered mail/express mail for future inquiries.

To fans who have always kept promises for Jay Chou:
Starting from preparing for the Jay Chou Carnival World Tour Hong Kong stop in 2019, we never thought for a moment that we would wait for two years.
In order to cope with the continuous changes in the past two years, Baohui Entertainment has not stopped for a moment, abandoning the previous Disney venue, and then looking for another suitable activity space on the Central Seaside, and then coordinating with various government departments to wait for approval to prepare for the Taiwan team to arrive. Hong Kong Hotel, reserved air tickets for a group of hundreds of people, and printed new tickets during the period to prevent illegal piracy, etc. We struggled for three years and almost wanted to give up, but fans and friends gave us unlimited support, many friends They all chose to stick to the non-refundable ticket, which moved us and Taiwan Jewel Company very much, and regained the motivation to stick to it, hoping that the world will turn around and we can meet happily one day.
The outbreak of Omicron is so fierce that the government announced last Friday that a series of social distancing measures will be extended for another 14 days, during which all large-scale events will also be forced to be cancelled. We are facing unprecedented difficulties. Airplane flights are constantly changing every day, the quarantine period is extended, and we have to cooperate with the Hong Kong government’s rapidly changing measures against the epidemic. There are too many unpredictable variables that make the project of our concert difficult. Can't follow this. After discussing with Jewell's team, they can only announce the cancellation of the performance in March this year in pain and helplessness.

- After the registration is completed, you will receive an email confirming the completion of the registration procedures.
