The entire trip was very interesting and full of surprises. It was my first time participating in a small group local tour, and our guide/driver, Jason, was very polite, friendly, attentive, and patient. The time was arranged properly and appropriately. Even though people in the group had different travel destinations, he still fully grasped the time and progress, and provided snacks and rest stops at appropriate times, allowing the group members to enjoy it well. Te Puia is a rich and diverse attraction with geothermal features, volcanic mud, kiwi introductions and viewings, and insights into Maori culture. It provides excellent protection, inheritance, and sharing for culture, animals, and the environment. In addition, the Redwoods Forest is a large forest area that is comfortable and relaxing~

Visiting Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland was fantastic. Our driver, Herns — 86 years old — was incredibly humorous, attentive, and provided great commentary throughout the journey. He drove very smoothly, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The vehicle was the most comfortable we experienced in New Zealand. If you’re heading toward Taupō, this is definitely the transport to book!

Visited Te Puia on Waitangi Day and finally saw kiwi birds — three at once! They were so big. A memorable experience!

The driver and tour leader were great at creating a lively atmosphere and were very humorous. In the morning, we went to Hobbiton, which had Chinese-speaking guides available, and we had a lot of fun taking pictures. The geothermal valley in the afternoon was also very nice, but you need to walk quickly to see everything.

This is a tour service that picks you up from Auckland and tours Hobbiton and Wai-O-Tapu. The guides, Ark and Sam, are very kind and always approach you first to offer help. There were 14 passengers, and all the seats were full, but the seats were wide and comfortable, so there was no discomfort, and we were so friendly that we said goodbye to each other when we parted. We were the only Koreans, and there was only one other Asian person besides us, but even if you don't speak English very well, the guides Ark and Sam explained the important things several times so that you could understand them, and they told us about the scenery along the way and New Zealand travel tips, which was great. Thank you for leaving us with happy memories. ^^

The place is clean, the staff are polite and professional, it's worth recommending, and there's paid parking at the hotel entrance. It's reasonably clean, and the location is in the city center.
