I purchased a scalp care deal through Klook and was very satisfied with the experience. The booking process was smooth, and upon arrival, I was immediately served warm tea and refreshments. A professional device was used to thoroughly examine my scalp, and the therapist provided patient and clear explanations. The 100-minute high-end comprehensive treatment took place in a private room and included deep cleansing, Japanese micro-mist infusion, a Hair Spa, a soothing massage, and hot stone therapy. The steps were detailed and precise, leaving me completely relaxed. After the treatment, I enjoyed some exquisite refreshments and took advantage of the additional haircut service I had booked, which yielded ideal results. Before leaving, I received beautifully packaged shampoo and conditioner samples, which was a delightful and thoughtful surprise. Ultimately, I purchased scalp essence and joined a discount program to facilitate ongoing care. The entire process was professional and comfortable. It's nice to pamper myself occasionally, and I felt particularly cheerful after the treatment. Highly recommended!

It was a bit hard to sell, the consultation before starting the facial was a bit too long, and I would lobby for other skin-friendly treatments, and it took a while before I entered the room. There is no gown provided after entering the room, and I have to wait a while to get it after talking about it. Cleansing + exfoliation + a little needle cleaning eyebrow + machine introduction + manual massage + RF eye + mud mask (RF eye is an extra gift). The introduction time of the facial machine and the RF eye are a bit shorter than the others, which is unreasonable, and then the facial massage is performed. The RF eye has been doing for a long time, which is a bit of a surprise. The effect is ok. After the completion, there is a sell package, new customer checkered, 350/square, 8 squares off (you can choose aqua peel, and other different treatments will deduct 1 square). Overall ok, except for a little sell..

The location is convenient, the needle can be used to remove unwanted hair, and the machine can be used to clean the face and apply the mask. The gestures are good and effective. After the completion, there is soup to drink and the treatment course is introduced.

Nice experience. Good amount of simple solid colors to choose from. The technician who did my nails was very detail oriented and also took a good care of my nails at the time I had shorter nails.
