location is just infront of a tram, just make sure you have your octopus metro card. the hotel offers free bus drop offs to nearby places at a given schedule, including the airport express train drop off. the staff and breakfast is good. altho this hotel does not have nearby convenience stores. you have to go a few blocks. foodpanda works but they drop off the food at the lobby which is ok. hotel is clean, free water stations at every floor. no toiletries bring your own. and oh yea, this is located behind a cemetery hehehe but its ok

This staycation was to celebrate a senior family member's birthday, and we booked a total of five rooms. The rooms were elegant and clean. We had reservations for the buffet and breakfast, and the taste was acceptable. The area that urgently needs improvement is the opening hours of the pool and fitness facilities: Pool: 9 am - 7 pm Fitness facilities: 7:30 am - 10 pm On the day of check-in and facility use, we had to use the pool first because it closes early and opens late. If you can check in on time at 3 pm, you have to rush to the pool. This time, two rooms were not available on time, and they were only ready around 3:40 pm. Furthermore, some family members didn't arrive at the hotel until after 7 pm, having rushed to enjoy the buffet. Of course, they couldn't use the pool facilities. Fitness facilities: After enjoying the buffet, we had to rush to exercise. Family members entered at around 9:35 pm, and at 10 pm, all the lights were turned off. The elevator area was pitch black, with only the elevator buttons lit. Is this the way to treat guests? Is it possible to use the facilities the next day? There are two breakfast sessions, and we chose to eat at 9 am. Because the pool opens late, we couldn't swim in the morning before eating. It's also not advisable to exercise after eating. The main point is that it's almost time to prepare for check-out after the meal. If we choose the earlier breakfast session, we have to eat quickly and digest before we can exercise. In conclusion, the opening hours of the facilities prevent guests from having a relaxing overnight stay. Suggestions: Pool: 6:30 am - 10 pm Fitness facilities: 7:30 am - 12 pm In fact, having experienced many hotel staycations, the Fullerton's facility hours are late opening and early closing.

The food quality is high with many choices, especially the desserts. The Halloween decorations also create a great atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly.

Went to eat on the 30th, didn't expect a buy-one-get-one-free event the day before Halloween. The atmosphere was good, the food maintained its consistent diversity and high quality, and the lamb chops were very tender. It's the only hotel where I've eaten hot-served crayfish. And there are many kinds of desserts.

The hotel has a lot of history, so the design and layout are more old-fashioned. The seating is spacious and clean. Food-wise, the selection of cold dishes and seafood is not much, but the number of cooked dishes is more than many hotel buffets. The staff service is also very good, as soon as they see that the drink is not full, they immediately refill it.
