This is my second time staying at the Roosevelt. Both times I've been here for a concert, and both times were during peak season when hotels in the Taipa area are quite expensive. However, the Roosevelt consistently offers reasonable prices, and its overall facilities are excellent!

The food selection isn't extensive, but the taste is decent. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people. However, they ate quickly and left. The place is spacious, but it was still very crowded.

The staff provided excellent service and the hotel was clean and tidy. The soundproofing could be improved, but the location next to Sands was convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Macau.

The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel was clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing could be improved. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Sands. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Macau.

Altira Macau does not have a direct shuttle bus service from the Border Gate; guests must first go to Studio City and then transfer to a hotel shuttle bus to Altira Macau. However, the hotel is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants, and taxis and public buses are also readily available, making transportation quite convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent, including an indoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a steam room, and a fitness center. The pool area restrooms are equipped with Dyson hairdryers, and the facilities are complete, clean, and comfortable. The restroom attendant was very polite and enthusiastic. I booked a sea-view room, and the view was superb. Coincidentally, there was a fireworks display in Macau on March 7th, and the unobstructed view was delightful. The room was very spacious, with a large bathtub that was very comfortable for soaking. It was fully equipped with amenities such as TWG tea bags, coffee, and complimentary sodas and fruit in the refrigerator. It was my birthday that day, and the hotel provided a complimentary tiramisu cake and decorated the room for the celebration, which was very satisfying. The only minor drawback was that the bedding had a slight oily smell, perhaps due to prolonged use, making the odor difficult to completely remove. What truly deserves high praise is the staff's service attitude. Stephen at the front desk was very polite and treated guests with sincerity. Ben, the security guard on the ground floor, even helped me retrieve a lost item, which made me feel very safe traveling in Macau.

It's within walking distance of Senado Square and the bus stations. We were practically point-to-point. Best location and best place to stay.

The room was spacious and had a great view. However, I forgot my mouthwash and the pillows were too soft. When I asked the staff, they politely arranged for mouthwash and a firm pillow. The service was excellent.
