I was worried because rain was forecast from dawn, and upset because of the thunder and lightning, but the jeep tour I started with Agus was absolutely fantastic. Stars gradually became visible, and then the sun rose, and Gede, the driver, took lots of beautiful pictures. Agus entertained us throughout the tour with his fluent Korean, and when we descended, he played pleasant music loudly, showing a big difference from other jeeps. Thank you both for providing such an enjoyable tour 😀

It was such a fun tour with LYA!! They took all the photos we wanted, and their photography skills were amazing, seriously ㅎㅎ I'm so, so happy because I got so many great shots ㅎㅎ You must experience the sunrise! It's a little tiring, but the results will be satisfying! If possible, be sure to find LYA, you won't regret it (iPhone snapshot photographers can't compare)

Kadek was our driver, he was polite, informative of the area, he did not rush us, he walked around made sure we were good and had all we needed then left us and waited. Being a female solo traveller I was very at ease at how seamless the pickup, drop off and activity went. The temple area itself was just beautiful I recommend it absolutely, it was very cloudy the day we went so the sunset was not as brilliant as I know it can be but it was still just stunning. Make sure you wear a hat, a lot of it does not have shade. I cannot wait until I come to Bali again, I will be re-doing this one and next time having a late lunch there as you have ample time to see everything and have a rest. There are market type shops at the front. You do not need to cover yourself when walking around, as to actually go inside the Temple itself is not allowed.

Since I was staying at a hotel near Sanur, I was able to walk there. I initially mistook it for the office next door, but they kindly gave me directions, and I had a scrub and oil massage for just under 2 hours. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep, but I definitely want to go again.
