Yesterday’s tour was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfectly organized, and we were taken to stunning places surrounded by nature and culture. We felt safe, respected, and truly welcomed at every stop. It was a wonderful experience full of trust, kindness, and unforgettable moments. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Bali with peace of mind and respect for local traditions.

This tour package is perfect especially for first time visitors in Bali as you will be able to see and experience their most beautiful tourist destinations, not to mention that they’re UNESCO Heritage sites. Putra, our guide, did an excellent job. He arrived on time at our villa, was accommodating, proactive in providing us with knowledge about Bali and is a good English speaker. We didn’t have difficulty communicating with him as he does not only understand what we say easily, but he can also clearly express himself. The best part, he is a good photographer and videographer at the time! 😉 As a traveller, photos are very important to me since these are the memories I can look back to at anytime. Had great experience right front the start. we started around 2:45 am in the morning! Had good conversation with Mr. Abdi who had taken us to Klook base camp and from there we met Mr. Ngurah who was driving the 4x4 jeep and taken us to Mount Batur. He was professional and very communicative. He was very patient enough taking our pics al over the trip. Only one thing which was disappointing is was not able to see sun rise due to rains and bad weather. Apart from it the whole team did a great job. Kudos to everyone.

just amazing !!!! waw the driver Jhon is beyond helpful , very nice and friendly and mostly patient and respectful. for the sunrise hike I had Suriya as a guide very patient strong and helpful. he took amazing photos of me and he helped me litterly held my hand and waited for me while I was struggling to hike ( not that easy of a hike fyi). he even brought me water🥹. if you’re booking this tour and want an A star experience make sure to have Jhon and Suriya and you’ll guarantee an epic day !

Our Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise Tour and Black Lava Tour was an amazing experience, made even better thanks to WAYANG. From the start, he was friendly, funny, and very sociable, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He is a confident and skilled driver who handled the rough terrain smoothly, so we felt safe throughout the journey. Wayang went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment. He checked in on us regularly and never rushed the tour. We especially appreciated how much effort he put into taking photos for us — he knew the best spots and patiently took multiple shots until they turned out exactly how we wanted. His guidance helped us capture beautiful memories of the sunrise and the black lava landscape. What truly stood out was his positive attitude and genuine care for his guests. The Mount Batur sunrise was unforgettable, and having Wayang as our guide made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

Had Mario as our guide and driver for a day trip in Ubud! He was very understanding, clear with instructions, and overall a great guide. Communication was easy and smooth throughout the day, which made the trip very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Great experience and the tour guide was flexible enough to accommodate our requests to change and add locations. After yoga, we drop by a Cat Cafe Ubud and then Ubud Art Market. Then we head to the Teba Sari for lunch and the food was disappointing, so do give it a miss. Last stop was the Rice Terrace. Every thing was very relaxed, not rush at all. You can decide how long you want to spent at each location.
