It was supposed to rain the night before the tour, so it was cloudy and cold enough to see our breath until late morning. However, thanks to our self-proclaimed weather fairy guide, Jeon Ara, we were able to see Mount Fuji on our way back to Tokyo. It was a breathtaking view after a long wait, making for a perfect end to our trip! I appreciated that Guide Jeon Ara adjusted the itinerary based on the weather and on-site conditions, rather than sticking to the planned order. She also gave great recommendations for delicious snacks at each location and provided accurate guidance and explanations. I realized that seeing Mount Fuji is more difficult than expected and requires a lot of luck (😅). Since the temperature is about 5 degrees colder than in downtown Tokyo, I think April would be a great time to visit, as the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom and the weather will be warmer throughout early, mid, and late April. 🌸

Great tour overall and definitely recommended. Our guide was friendly, attentive, and made a real effort, and the drive felt very safe and smooth.
Since it’s a one-day tour, time in Alishan is limited—you’ll see the main highlights (train station, short train ride, and an easy walking route), but no longer hikes.
If you only have one day, this is a great and convenient way to experience Alishan.

When visiting Phuket, island hopping and water activities are definitely the most enjoyable, but the boat rides can be quite long. It's essential to get a good night's sleep the night before, otherwise, the next day's boat trip will be unbearable. I recommend purchasing your tour online in advance; they will contact you via email regarding hotel pickup times. We had a comfortable, spacious 9-seater shared van. Upon arriving at the pier, there were coffee, drinks, some small cookies, and toast available, which is great for anyone who didn't have time for breakfast. Bottled water is free on the boat, and lunch is a buffet served on Phi Phi Island. On the return trip, fruit is provided. You don't need to bring much money if you don't plan on making additional purchases. At the end, the guide individually asked for tips (though you don't have to give one), which felt a bit awkward, but I was very grateful to the captain and crew, so I did tip them.

Mr. Tanh our tour guide was very helpful throughout the tour. He guided us all the time as we were a big group travelling. Got to know many new things and rich history of Vietnam culture. Much recommended.

The Mt. Fuji tour was truly an unforgettable experience. Most of all, thanks to our guide, Kanazawa-san, we were able to enjoy the trip more comfortably and pleasantly. Throughout the journey, she kindly explained everything in detail and thoughtfully pointed out photo spots and sights, which made the entire trip highly satisfying. The scenery of Mt. Fuji was incredibly beautiful, and Kanazawa-san's bright and considerate guidance made the day feel even more special. If I go on another Mt. Fuji tour, she's definitely the guide I'd want to be with again. Thank you so much :)

i am a solo traveller and i had a great experience with the alishan tour. ⭐️ our tour guide eric was very thoughtful and always reached out to me since i was alone. we talked about different trees and how the trains worked in alishan. he gave us free snacks and bottled water during the bus ride. he’s very attentive to every tour participant and always made sure everyone was present at every stop. alishan is very pretty and i enjoyed it so much. i just wish we had more alone time to explore the place. we only got time to look around and take photos for a few minutes and had to go to the next spot immediately due to time constraint as we had to go back to taichung within provided time.

guide Sandy is really good and entertaining which made this tour worth it. if outside the free pick up they will charge additional 200baht pp. depending on headcount it is cheaper to book grab. however, not easy to book grab on return. Make sure to bring towel, underwear camera, foot fins if you want to do free diving, aquashoes etc to avoid buying/renting on the spot. boat and snorkels are clean. tbh itinerary is not what i expected esp the monkey island.

Our Ninh Binh day tour from Hanoi was a great experience and a perfect way to see the countryside and history outside the city. We were picked up right on time just around the corner from our hotel, which made the start of the day easy.
Our guide Alex was fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable throughout the tour. We started with a short bike ride before visiting Hoa Lu to learn about the area’s history. Lunch was buffet style and had a good variety of food.
Next was Tam Coc, where we enjoyed about an hour-long boat ride with a local rower. The scenery was peaceful and beautiful. Our final stop was Mua Cave where we climbed the steps to the top for incredible views.
It’s a full-day tour but well organized and definitely worth it. We highly recommend it.
