Osman Osman, the guide, was very kind and although it must have been hard to take care of many people, he took good care of each and every one of us. The food was also really delicious. ㅋㅋㅋ Although the schedule started early, it was the best among the tours in Turkey. ㅋ

great tour, the driver fetches us on time. the lunch buffet was amazing. and the tour guide merve did a great job explaining the history of pammukale and hierapolis before we were given about 2.5 hours to roam and explore ourselves. really appreciate it and would recommend it due to the ease of the transfer from antalya.

The guide, Osman, was very passionate and conveyed his knowledge about the historical sites very well. Despite the hot weather, the overall tour arrangement was excellent. We are Korean tourists and decided to join this tour from Antalya to Pamukkale because of the good reviews! Kaan, our guide, was very, very kind, considerate, and took great care of us! The overall quality of the tour, the itinerary, the explanations, and even the food were top-notch, so we had no discomfort throughout the trip. The van we traveled in was comfortable, so we were able to sleep well, and the tour time was generous, allowing us to enjoy the trip at a leisurely pace. Korean tourists who are not fluent in English shouldn't be afraid to join the tour! goooood

the agency planned very well everything. since it was my first time using agency to travel and also with my mom, I was worried but at the end trip was well organised, as per the schedule driver picked up, flights were arranged well with meal. one thing could improve would be tour guide and more explanation about the places and locations we are going through. but all good and value for money (much convenient way to see things in short period)

on time pick-up, organized tour, and good lunch but spent time in Pumakkale a little short, not enough time to explore all of them. Ms. G managed well and reminded us the time line.

Pamukkale is really worth a visit. Whether there is water in the calcified pool depends on luck. Fortunately, we saw it, but we didn't have enough time to visit. The tour guide took us to buy Sudan stone, which is really beautiful. In addition, he took us to a place to buy famous brands. After looking at the brands carefully, the brands were printed very blurry or the fonts were printed crookedly, and I doubt they were genuine. The staff will trap you in the store, and it is difficult to find the exit. It is recommended not to go in. Finally, there is a 5-person car to pick up in Kusadasi, which is a very comfortable journey. In summary, as long as you don't go into the so-called famous brand store, everything else is good.

Pamukkale is an amazing display of natural hot water pools in province turkey. The pools are made of travertine a sedimentary rock deposited by water from the hot springs. A place must to visit.
