I emailed them days before the intended stay that my partner will be celebrating his birthday and they replied immediately. upon entering the room there’s a complimentary greeting card and slice of cake. after checking the room, we requested if we could move to a different room with the bay view. they checked and mentioned there’s a bay/pool view with an additional cost, which is around Php 700.00 in which we mentioned no problem with us. we then checked first the room to see if the view is okay then we agreed. to our surprise the front desk called us mentioning no need to pay they’ll give it also as complimentary since we were celebrating a birthday. overall a very good experience! and we’ll be back for sure.
