A must-see itinerary item, well worth the visit. You'll need to present your paper voucher to exchange it for a physical ticket at the internal counter. The audio guide exchange counter is located behind the ticket counter wall; walk a little further in and you'll see it. The stairs are a bit difficult to climb, but the view is pretty good. The souvenir shop was my favorite part of this trip.

Our guide, Luke was amazing. The tour was ontime, and he did not only showed us the filming locations but also gave a bit of history of the places we've been to. He was also very kind to answer our questions. I like the part where we were sorted on different houses, and film quizzes was provided and at the end of the tour, the house with the most points win 😬

audio tour was very in depth and had a selection for highlights to cover every inch of the cathedral. however the steps up to the gallery was a bit too much but worth the climb to admire the dome paintings up close. as a tourist, it was an interesting experience being able to capture most sights.
