Thank you, Tour Guide Deng, for the thorough explanation and sharing! It was very memorable. I remember that Zaanse Schans' windmills are a specially planned tourist area designed to preserve windmill architecture. The windmill group was relocated from neighboring areas and set in place in the 1970s, and each windmill has a different function. During the drive, Tour Guide Deng also shared some interesting anecdotes. Unfortunately, it rained when we went to Giethoorn that day, so we could only take a large boat, which was a bit of a shame.

Cat lovers will enjoy this museum. It's not very big and can be explored in 15 minutes. The value for money isn't great, but the cats inside are very cute.

Highly recommend the Van Gogh Museum! A must-see for Van Gogh lovers. The collection is extensive, and you'll feel enriched after exploring it. I also strongly suggest renting the audio guide – it's incredibly warm and touching. The QR code provided with the ticket worked perfectly at the entrance, no issues at all.

The places are very beautiful and complemented by the weather which was nice and sunny at times. 1. Giethorn is a beautiful village around lake which is best navigated through boat or a leisure walk. Although, it would be amazing to stay overnight and enjoy the place and scenic beauty. 2. Zaanse Schans was a historic village with windmills, wood shoe and cheese factories. Wind Mills needed a separe ticket. Simon (Guide amd driver) was friendly with a lot of stories about the place.
