Things to do in Queenstown

A wonderful experience, glad we followed a day tour instead of self drive so we could admire the view better, be relaxed and learn more about each of the pit stops (eg. monkey creek). Loved the cruise ride had great weather and views! the food on the cruise was good too! We went for the last tour which set off at 8am from Crowne Plaza and boarded the last cruise out at 2.30pm. It’ll be good to have some light snacks else lunch will be served quite late. We had the falafel (vegan) wrap which was served cold and still yummy while the chicken pie was served warm! both options were yummy!

TSS Earnslaw was such a fun and beautiful ride to the Walter Peak farm tour. Joe and his working dog, Echo were amazing guides. Beautiful farm animals to feed and pet. Followed by afternoon tea and shearing/hearding show. Earnslaw ready to take you back to Queenstown. highly recommend.

Amazing tour! Ian was a great tour guide – very knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the entire drive to the ferry. A must-do if you're traveling to Milford Sound. The captain of the ferry was also very entertaining. Thank you, RealNZ team, for such an amazing experience! Highly recommend this tour and will be booking future experiences with RealNZ.

had a really fun time with shotover jet! it was a little pricey but the views and the experience was pretty good. wish i had my phone w me on the boat because by right, no loose articles allowed but the instructor told us we could take photos while on the boat when it was at a complete stop 😭 the go pro on the boat was also not working that day 😩😔 suggest you guys check at the counter first or before boarding. they do have lockers for you to store your bags before boarding the boat

This skydiving experience deserves a perfect score without reservation. From the moment I boarded the small plane, my heart started racing. Looking down at the lakes and mountains through the plane window, the whole land was like a three-dimensional map spread out beneath my feet. The lake water sparkled with blue-green light under the sun, and the mountains stretched out in layers to the horizon. At that moment, I already felt it was worth the price of admission. When the door opened and the cold wind rushed into the cabin, my mind went almost blank. The moment I flipped out, the world suddenly became quiet, with only the sound of the wind and the thrill of rapid descent. Those few dozen seconds of free fall completely defied my imagination—not fear, but a kind of extremely pure release. The blue sky was close at hand, and the lake and town were rapidly enlarging below. The shock of it all is truly indescribable. After the parachute opened, the scene suddenly became gentle. The sun shone on my face, the distant snow-capped mountains were clearly visible, and the lake lay quietly like a mirror between the valleys. To be able to skydive in such weather, I really have to thank God for giving me an almost perfect blue sky. The wind was steady, the visibility was clear, and the visibility was excellent, making this experience the most beautiful stroke on my life's bucket list. The instructor was very professional and gave me a full sense of security throughout the whole process. From equipment inspection to aerial guidance, he was very careful. The footage was also very exciting. When I watched the video, I truly realized that I had accomplished something that I once thought was unattainable. This is not just an extreme activity, but an experience of dialogue with oneself. When my feet touched the ground again, the sense of accomplishment and emotion was something I will remember for the rest of my life. I sincerely recommend that anyone who wants to experience it book early, as the price is usually more affordable and the time is more flexible. Spots are very popular when the weather is good, so the sooner you book, the more at ease you will be. Highly recommended. If there is a must-do list in life, skydiving is definitely worth a spot. omg.. 10/10 experience. i did the Nevis Swing w my partner and we did forwards - truly jawdropping and the G is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before - we do a lot of thrilling activities. do note that the pickup location is in town area and you will be transported on a 4WD bus to go up the mountain - around 40min drive. staff were very friendly and i suggest you cater about 4 hours for this experience in case of bad winds or bad weather. we almost couldn’t swing due to the major winds but thankfully we waited it out! had to reschedule our other later appointment but alls good. highly recommend!!!!

great experience and all pilots where very experienced. it was safe and they took photos and videos of you. $90 NZ more to transfer photos to your phone immediately after landing. The bus will take you from the town to the location and back

Our Onsen Hot Pools experience was absolutely magical — the perfect way to relax and unwind during our New Zealand trip. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. nice Kiwi park with education for the local species. first time to see Kiwi in the Kiwi Encouter session. suitable for a short visit and spend like 2 hours there. the park is 15-20 mins walk from the Queenstown CBD
