The hotel is in a very convenient location with a shuttle bus service available. It takes about 10 minutes to reach, with a waiting time of approximately half an hour per bus. It's very suitable for travelers with early flights; the earliest shuttle bus is at 04:00. Just inform the staff at check-in. The hotel room mattresses are very high and comfortable, and the space is large. However, the facilities are relatively old, and sometimes the toilet flush in the bathroom isn't strong enough. Other than that, there are no major issues. The staff are very nice.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated how tidy and fresh everything felt. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and polite. There's an IGA supermarket nearby, as well as many restaurants and boutique department stores. It's a convenient ten-minute walk to Burrard Station. The only minor drawback is that the hospital is right across from the hotel, so you can hear ambulance sirens at night. However, this was known before booking, so it's understandable and acceptable.
