It is very easy and convenient to get the ferry service via Klook app plus I can save some money using the credit card voucher. Then just need to get the ferry tickets at the terminal counter, for your convenient ferry departure time.

John met me at arrival as soon my ferry landed. He was not only helpful in getting me around, but translated for me to staff at different venues. Also, this was a solo trip and I felt safe the whole time. Plus he took great pics of me and my time in Batam. I wanted a relaxing, non hectic trip so we did things like the Welcome sign, visited their largest mosque, ate seafood at Barelang, viewed the Barelang bridge, and chilled at Bluefire beach club. He’ll also take you to the coffee tour if you’re into that lol. Overall, he was very accommodating and I would recommend this tour if you’re visiting Batam.

We had a great experience with the car day tour service booked through Klook. Our driver, Jacky, was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local tourist spots. He helped us plan a smooth and well-paced itinerary based on our interests, making the most out of our day. Everything was the best!!! It's worth booking this resort for a special occasion. Very satisfied. All the resort staff are friendly & helpful. The food was great & the activities were great too. I want to repeat with family.

It has been a great experience staying in Harris Waterfront. Especially the staffs, they were all so friendly. Their foods whether is breakfast or the dinner/lunch we had in Harris, they were great. For sure, I will book with them again when I will to go Batam for my next trip. I will recommend them to my friends too.

Great convenient location. Less than 10 minutes walk to Batam Centre Harbour as well as mega mall. Most importantly, friendly and helpful staff makes the stay a very pleasant one. The room is huge and clean with a water dispenser right outside our room to dispense hot or cold water at our choosing. So convenient. Overall, we just love it! Value for money without a doubt.

First time here and it was very enjoyable, I really liked my stay here. The staff were very amicable and the room was awesome. Breakfast was also amazing though I did find it difficult to wake up early in the morning 🤣
