This trip was beyond imagination, even though I didn't see the blue flame on the day I went. The vehicle was comfortable with ample legroom, and Mr. Rudi was a gentleman and punctual. If you like swimming, the hotel has a pool. Also, when we departed at 11:00 PM, the hotel packed the rice that we didn't redeem the coupon for in time, and Ms. Judi brought it to the car. It was very impressive. I encourage everyone to try this experience once in their life. Watching the sunrise at Mount Bromo is not difficult, but at Ijen, the path is quite steep for a long distance. I recommend being in reasonably good physical condition.

We had an absolutely fantastic Mount Ijen experience thanks to our amazing guide and drivers! Huge thanks to Yanto, our guide, who went above and beyond, friendly, patient, and caring throughout. The climb was tough, but he made it easier with his constant support and positive energy. He guided us safely down to see the blue fire, checked on us often, and kept our spirits high with his cheerful chats. Whenever we needed help taking photos or videos, he was more than willing, capturing our best memories with a smile. We felt so lucky to have gotten Yanto as our guide. His kindness and dedication truly made our trip special. We also want to thank our drivers, Arimbawa and Tony, for their safe driving, punctuality, and warm hospitality. They made our journey smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Private car charter means no need to share a ride with others! The tour guide was very nice and helpful, and gave us a lot of flexibility. We weren't rushed, and we could take our time taking pictures at each location. There was a second guide to lead us on the Ijen volcano hike. He was very experienced and even helped us down the crater to see the blue fire ????.

We really enjoyed our Bromo trip and our tour guide, Riza, made it even better! He provided everything we needed — thermal blanket, heat pack, waterproof phone case — you name it! Super attentive, friendly, and fun, always checking if we were comfortable and helping us get the best photos and viewpoints. The restaurant that we’re taken also serve the best food. The sunrise was beautiful, the journey was smooth, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you Riza for the great memories! 🤩✨ Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Our guide (Dio) was incredibly kind, very funny, and caring! He explained everything to us and was also very curious to learn what we could teach him (French, for example). He made us a souvenir video and took many photos! It was physically demanding but very beautiful to see! Wear good shoes and be in shape for the nearly 700m of elevation gain over 11km of hiking.

My partner and I did the trip to Ijen and Bromo, and it was truly memorable. From our Ijen guide to our driver, Sudarta-Made, who drove us all the way from Ubud to Ijen, then to Bromo, and back again to Ubud; everything was seamless. It was a very long journey, but our driver's calm presence and excellent driving skills made it feel effortless. The experience itself was surreal. The support we received, the friendly and easy banter with our guide, and the journey through the breathtaking landscapes became the highlight of my entire Indonesia trip. Our guide also took the time to take some breathtaking photos and videos of us which we really appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience that I highly recommend.

We had the most amazing experience with our guides Nando and Viko on the Ijen Crater and Bromo trip! From start to finish, they were so helpful, kind, and supportive, staying with us every step of the way. They also took amazing pictures for us, so we could just enjoy the moment. During Ijen and the waterfall, we had local guides as well as Nando and Viko, which made the adventure even more special and authentic. What we truly loved was how they shared Indonesian culture with us and answered our millions of questions with warmth, patience, and honesty. Thanks to them, the trip was not only breathtaking but also meaningful. We learned so much and felt really cared for throughout.
