The tour was very nice. The tour guides were very accommodating and funny; there was no dull moment with them. The food was just okay. I was expecting seafood, but there was only fish. Overall, the tour was awesome.

As a solo traveler, this kind of tour package made my travel a convenient one. Day 1 is really good. The tour guide (Meann) was amazing too. Day 2 was a waiting game to get to the Underground River. It was like almost half of my day was wasted. The transfer from PPS to El Nido was smooth though. Day 3, the itinerary was not followed but still a good day plus the tour guide was nice. His English is really good. Day 4, the itinerary was not followed as well but remains a good day. I enjoyed the company of the tour guide (Rodel) during this travel. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this package to others. They really need to revisit the Day 2 arrangements though.

seat reservation process: super smooth processing. price: same with the normal fairs and advantage is this is my trusted booking platform. redemption guide: very easy and hassle free. you will receive a voucher with the instructions and then the driver will call you. In our case, he already called even before our flight. we were also accomodated earlier since we will arrive earlier that our booking time. There are several stopover considerations too for those who wants to pee and eat. Pictures are when we arrived at the airport then snaps from our stopovers.

El Nido is really beautiful! Secret beach is cool! I want to highlight the boat crew members from the tour guide Kuya Saldy, captain Kuya Tutong, members Kuya Toto, Kuya Jojo, Kuya KP, & Kuya Kulot (I hope I got their names right) for amazing and fun tour. Besides telling us the do’s and don’t’s and the rules at the start of the tour, Kuya Saldy also communicated beforehand about the weather conditions and if we were able to follow the itinerary as safety comes first. He suggested an option and so far it didn’t disappoint. He is also has a good sense of humor same as the crew members which made the tour more fun and memorable. I don’t know how to swim and everyone was very kind and helpful to me so I really enjoyed this tour! Kudos to the team!

They came on time (given time of pickup) in the hotel lobby. assist us for the luggage. the driver are good and we can able to get to the airport on time. the price is good.

You must collect your ticket from the Atienza agency, which is 50m from the port, before going to the port. Everything happens super quickly, you pay the 20 PHP tax per person, you drop off your luggage for the dog search, and you board. A 5-hour crossing and you have arrived.

On the way back to Puerto Princesa we were not in a van but a mini bus instead. It was more comfortable but still packed in like sardines with people and suitcases. The driver was very speedy which for us to Princesa just under 3 hours. The ride was bumpy and winding so definitely take motion sickness medication if you're easily car sick. Cheaper to book via Klook than from hotels.

Ferry was in good condition. The ride became rocky towards the end and a lot of people got sea sick but still it was the only affordable option to travel to el nido compared to high prices of flight. Nothing much to complain about, it was a sceninc ride. Ferry started on time and it takes 5 hours to el nido instead of 4 hours advertised here.

Fantastic service. When you get to the bus terminal just ask someone and everyone will help you get to the right person and the right bus. The whole process couldn't be smoother.
