  • The staff provided excellent guidance, and the rental car was in great condition. They will meet you at Level 1, Gate 7 first, then a shuttle will take you to the office near the airport to complete the rental agreement and pick up the car. When returning, I recommend contacting them online beforehand for faster service. The staff will also provide a free ride back to the airport. Highly recommended! ^^

  • วันรับรถเป็นวันที่ 12 เมษา กำหนดรับเวลา 14.00 น. สถานที่รับรถไม่มีแจ้งชัดเจน ติดต่อ call center ยากมาก กว่าจะติดต่อและได้รับรถก็ปาไปเกือบ 4 โมงเย็น เนื่องจากบริษัทอยู่นอกสนามบิน ต้องให้พนักงานขับรถมารับที่สนามบิน แล้วไปทำเอกสารที่บริษัท แต่ทราบจากพนักงานที่หลังว่า เป็นช่วงเทศกาล พนักงานมีน้อยจึงทำให้รับรถล่าช้า ทางบริษัทควรแจ้งให้ชัดเจนก่อนว่ารีบ-ส่งรถสถานที่ไหน ยังไง จะได้เป็นทางเลือกแก่ผู้รับบริการ
