Although it wasn't easy to communicate in English, we explained using a smartphone and there was no problem at all. Since Hyundai wasn't available, we rented a similar car, but two 28-inch suitcases fit without any issues. It seems like you'll need to prepare a separate mount because there's no navigation system.
