Vaclav Havel Airport Transfers

I received information about my assigned driver the day before departure, and even though I was notified by message that the driver had changed in the meantime, I was on a plane and only found out upon arriving at the airport. After landing at Václav Havel Airport, the driver called while I was picking up my luggage, but I missed the call. I texted that I was collecting my bags, and since my luggage took longer than expected to come out, I went to the meeting spot, but the driver wasn't there. I texted again to ask where they were and looked around for someone holding a sign with my name, but no one was in sight even after waiting a long time. Feeling very anxious and wondering how I would get to the hotel, I asked a Korean person who could make phone calls to call the driver for me, but unfortunately, it showed as busy, so we couldn't get through and the driver had left. Just as I was about to give up, the driver arrived. Having the driver's photo in the information sent by Klook was really helpful. It turned out that my text message hadn't reached the driver, and the driver had also waited, sent a text when I didn't show up, and it didn't reach me, which is how we missed each other. She was a female driver, and seeing me on the verge of tears, she told me it was okay, confirmed my name and hotel, and safely took me to my destination. We met later than expected, and since it happened to coincide with rush hour, the traffic was so heavy that what should have been a drive of less than 30 minutes took about an hour. Seeing that I was tired, the driver even gave me a bottle of water to drink, pointed out the passing trams outside to show me what a tram was, and explained how many more minutes it would take based on the current time because of the traffic. There was a mishap, but I was very satisfied with the driver's service. Thank you.
