There were three or four groups displaying Klook signs at the designated Klook location, and it took a little time to find ours (the place was super crowded). After finding the staff, we had to go to the meeting point next to Gate 3 to wait for the driver, which took about 5-15 minutes. The car was very new and clean, and there wasn't a strong fragrance that would cause motion sickness. The driver was excellent, helping with luggage and helping the children get in and out of the car. He also constantly checked on our condition during the journey. We arrived right at rush hour, and the driver explained several times how much further and how much time it would take to arrive, and asked us to rest for a while, which was very considerate.
