You can enjoy not only the Kansai-Airport Express “HARUKA”, but also other trains such as Special Rapid Services, Rapid Services and Local trains. But The HARUKA tickets cannot be used to board any other Limited Express trains besides Kansai-Airport Express "HARUKA".

Pass eligibility
- This offer is not available for Japanese passport holders
- Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" Visa stamp on the passport. Non-Japanese passport holders with a permanent residence in Japan cannot use this product
- Secure a Temporary Visitor Stamp at immigration to be eligible for a JR Pass. Do not pass through the automated gates, as no stamp will be applied
Notice of reserved seating for The Kansai-Airport Express "HARUKA"
- The reserved seat coupons can be exchanged for one time, and the reserved seats need to be exchanged separately (The reservation is at the green machine or green window).
- When the number of reserved seats is used up or there is no prior redemption of the reserved seat ticket, the ticket can be used to take the free seat directly.
How to use
- Please go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical ticket by scanning QR code of e-ticket and non-Japanese passport.

- If the machine breaks down or the passport have no IC chip, please proceed to JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange physical ticket.

Additional Information
- Please note that the Limited Express non-reserved seat fare cannot be refunded if passengers use a train other than the Kansai-Airport "HARUKA".
- It is possible to get off the train at other stations within the area of usage. However, this is not a ticket for unlimited rides, and it will be collected when you pass through the ticket gates.
- Additional fees apply when using trains outside the area of usage.
- When taking a reserved seat or boarding a first class car（green car) on the Kansai-Airport Express "HARUKA", an additional Limited Express fare is required.
- Separate fees apply when using a car or train where numbered boarding tickets or liner tickets are required.
