What to expect

In Kundalini Tantra Yoga we focus on breathing, spinal and tailbone movements, moving the body with your heart and releasing emotional imbalances. All the emotions are stuck in the body and through breathing and moving, we can release emotions, tensions, stress and open the body. Oxygen can flow and help to open the body and release as well as burn toxins.

Since birth we have been using this body and therefore a lot of emotional energy is stuck, a lot of stress that we may or may not be aware of. Maybe we have forgotten but our body has recorded it, holding it. Anger, sadness and so forth are all stuck in our body. We may not think we have stress but the body knows because the body is smarter and feels it.
