Additional information
- The supplier does not provide booster seats. If needed, please prepare your own (recommended for children over 5 years old and under 120 cm in height)
- The insurance included in this package does not apply for incidents suffered by passengers outside the car
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
- One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge

- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

- TWD 300 for Beitou, Tianmu, Yangmingshan frontside (e.g. The Top, Sleepless restaurant), Xizhi, Shenkeng, Xindian, Xinzhuang, Banqiao, and Songshan Airport (TSA) pick-up service
- TWD 500 for Tamsui, Yingge, Linkou, Sanxia, Shulin, Shiding, Keelung, Port of Keelung, Taishan, Tucheng, and Wugu
- TWD 800 for Yangmingshan backside (e.g. Tien Lai Resort & Spa), Jinshan, Wulai, Yehliu, Shifen, Jinguashi and Jiufen
- TWD 1000 Gongliao and Taoyuan City Center
- TWD 1200 Zhongli
- TWD 1,400 The Westin Tashee Resort, Leofoo Village Theme Park
- TWD 1,600 for Hsinchu downtown area, Jiaosi, Luodong, Toucheng, and Su'ao
- Locations not included in the above list of additional charges and not within Taipei City Center will be subject to extra fees, which will be informed separately by our customer service team.
- Additional Charges During 2026 Lunar New Year Period (to be paid in cash to the driver on the day of service):
- February 14–15 & February 19–22, 2026
- 5-seater vehicle: TWD 500 per vehicle
- 9-seater vehicle: TWD 1,000 per vehicle
- February 16–18, 2026
- 5-seater vehicle: TWD 1,000 per vehicle
- 9-seater vehicle: TWD 1,500 per vehicle
- Please note that if traffic congestion results in rental overtime, surcharges will apply
- The maximum mileage cap is 150km per day. If the total miles exceed 1-20km, a surcharge of TWD300 will apply. If the total miles exceed 20-40km, a surcharge of TWD600 will apply
- An overtime surcharge of TWD300 per 30 minutes will apply for groups of 1-4 (5-seater)
- An overtime surcharge of TWD350 per 30 minutes will apply for groups of 1-8 (9-seater)
- If your pick up point is not included above, kindly check with our customer service team
- The final surcharge fee is dependent on the pick-up and drop off location
- For groups of 1-8 (SUV), you may book the second child seat in advance for an additional surcharge of TWD300
