What to expect
After meeting at the subway station, we will move to our kitchen. First, I will briefly explain how to make radish kimchi before starting the cooking class. Since it takes about 2 hours to marinate radish with salt, radish will be marinated first. After marinating the radish, we will make the seasoning sauce for the radish kimchi. We'll make enough to give the participants extra seasoning sauce for the next time making radish kimchi. During the break, we will enjoy a meal at a buffet restaurant, including vegan menus, after marinating radish. The tutor will provide guests with plastic containers for radish kimchi. We also provide air pocket packaging material to prevent the container from breaking. It will be an exciting and interesting class.
