Tour Departure and Vehicle Arrangements Minimum group size: 5 people. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation 1 day before departure. Vehicle arrangement: 10-seater / 14-seater vehicle (adjusted according to the number of registered participants, specific vehicle types cannot be specified). Driver and tour guide: For vehicle types with 14 seats or less, a Chinese-speaking driver will also serve as the tour guide, providing simple explanations in the vehicle, but no guided tours outside of the vehicle. Passenger count: Infants and children must also be included in the passenger count. Please confirm in advance. Child seats are not provided for this activity. Please be aware. Itinerary Arrangements and Changes The itinerary time will be adjusted according to the actual situation of the day. In case of traffic jams, bad weather, etc., the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions or reduce some of the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding. Joining a group tour does not allow for leaving the group or leaving early. If you leave the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, no refund will be given, and you will be responsible for any accidents that occur during the subsequent itinerary. Seasonal limited activities (cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, fireworks, light-up events, etc.) are greatly affected by the weather, and the best viewing period cannot be guaranteed. If no official cancellation notice is received, the tour will proceed as planned, and no refunds will be given due to flower conditions not meeting expectations. Special arrangement: The itinerary from October 26th to November 20th includes the Fuji Kawaguchiko Autumn Leaves Corridor, and the rest of the dates will go to the Oishi Park in Kawaguchiko. Once the meeting location is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Seating arrangement is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks. The final arrangement is subject to the driver’s coordination on the day. Space inside the vehicle is limited. Each person can bring up to 1 piece of luggage. Please inform us in advance. If the vehicle becomes crowded due to temporarily brought luggage, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding. Fees and Additional Charges The itinerary does not include lunch. The driver can provide meal suggestions, and travelers can arrange their own meals within the specified time. If you need to charter a car to form an independent group, please contact us in advance and we will try our best to arrange it. The total duration of the itinerary must not exceed 10 hours. If it exceeds the time limit, additional fees will be charged (¥5,000-¥10,000/hour). Please be aware.
