I. Regarding Transportation Arrangements: We recommend booking flights for the day of the tour's start date, arriving in Ürümqi on the arrival day.

• II. Regarding Tour Conclusion: The tour concludes late in the day in Ürümqi, so we recommend booking return tickets for the following day. Drop-off to your self-booked hotel can be arranged on the last day, but airport transfer is not included the next day, and accommodation on the departure day is not included.
• III. Standard rooms are the default when placing an order. If standard rooms are insufficient during holidays, we will communicate with you in advance to upgrade to a king-size bed room or other room type. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as the hotel being fully booked, power or water outages, or government activities, we will arrange for alternative hotels.
• IV. Group joining is the default when placing an order. If there are single travelers joining a group, carpooling/room sharing will be arranged based on the order time, and specific seats cannot be assigned.
• V. Accommodation Notes: The hairdryers in some hotels or homestays may trigger overheating protection after prolonged use. If this happens, you can rest for a while before using them again, or contact the butler in the group for assistance.
• VI. Road Condition Notice: In winter, the road conditions in Altay are complex, and icy patches are very likely to occur. Even with snow chains installed, there are still certain safety risks. If temporary traffic control or severe icing occurs, making it impossible to pass, we reserve the right to change the original route. Travelers will need to sign a change agreement and actively cooperate with the adjustments to ensure safe travel. Please consider this carefully before registering and placing an order. If delays are caused by road closures due to weather conditions, we will bear the additional costs incurred for the vehicle and guide during the delay, while accommodation costs must be borne by the travelers themselves.
• VII. Regarding Drones and Photography: To ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary and compliance with relevant regulations, drone use and photography will follow the following principles. Please be aware: ① Drone flights and camera photography will be prohibited in sensitive areas such as border areas, or when passing through military units, checkpoints and other special locations. ② Drones will be grounded in the event of severe weather such as rain or strong winds to ensure safety. ③ Drone photography is not a fixed daily arrangement.
