Siem Reap Evening Food Tour - Inclusive 10 Local Tastings

Enjoyable food tour, pick up by tuk tuk at hotel was punctual. The lady guide (cannot recall her name) was fun and engaging, she shared stories and showed us the proper way to enjoy Cambodian food. We tasted different food until stomach was full. Bug tasting was interesting too although I don't dare to eat. Highly recommended this food tour.

Our guide, Phearun, was very charming but his English pronunciation was not easy to understand. Some of the dishes were very similar, but perhaps that is indicative of Cambodian cuisine? Why no cashews? Comfortable and safe tuk-tuk driving. Garlic chive cakes though a Chinese dish, were exceptional. The walk through the many many herbs was fascinating. Could have used more information tying foods to local people/place/culture, but only if English is improved. We still enjoyed the tour as an introduction to Cambodia and we tried garlic chive cakes, Lort cha with sweet fish sauce, bean juice, Mee Kola, banh chao, fresh and fried spring rolls, Somlok bay sweet green curry soup, Somlok Kari red curry, and (not) the fried assorted insects at three different restaurants, the night market, and a downtown bar.

This food tour was sooo amazing! our tour guide, Bopha, was knowleadgeable, fun, and had lots of things to share anout Cambodian culture and food! the food itself was so great! everything we ate are just delicious and filling! we definitely recommend getting this tour!

First time to try doing a food tour and here in Siem Reap and it didn’t disappoint. Such a great experience to try authentic local food and explained well by our tour guide. The most memorable for me is a taste of the exotic food….it was frightening at first but tasty :) definitely worth its price!

An essential tour if you would like to get a real taste of Siem Reap’s cuisine. The guide was chatty and informative, and was happy to answer any questions. If you have dietary requirements they can be catered too, this is essential for me, as I would normally worry about selecting food. We had visited Made in Cambodia (which is a highly recommended stop) before so didn’t need to return, the guide skipped this and let us spend a little longer at other places. If cycling is your thing, Siem Reaper offer lots of cycling tours too!

From the moment we were picked up, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and a true passion for showcasing the heart of Cambodian cuisine. Our guide was phenomenal — deeply knowledgeable about the local culture and culinary heritage, and incredibly attentive to every detail of the itinerary. You could tell that each stop was carefully chosen which was delicious and varied. The planning was smooth and well-paced and the tuk-tuk ride itself was a comfortable, and a perfect way to navigate the city. We were absolutely stuffed by the end, and every bite was worth it. You definitely won’t go hungry on this tour!
