unfortunately the American operator was dishonest as the tour as per Klook description is a guided tour , but they took us from the hotel at 7:50 am and dropped us off at Catalina sea terminal in San Pedro on 8:40 am with no instructions to know what to do , so we headed to the CS at the terminal and they were very helpful as they asked me about the email that I got and they searched by name to get our reservation on the ferry which was on 10:45 am , so we waited for almost two hours at San Pedro while I contacted Klook customer service as we didn’t have any guide or instructions and they called the operator who said it is a self guided tour not as mentioned on our reservation , so we arrived at Catalina Island with no instructions or any plan although klook CS thouriya tried to help or compensate me , anyway they ruined our day while we paid almost 500$ for 3 Adults for nothing , so I don’t recommend this trip at all or the American operator Karmel connect to deal with .
