Oxford University & City Centre Half-Day Guided Tour

A great day, not our first time with Alumni Tours however first time booking with Klook and the process was much easier.

Its a scam. I really hope that no one else book this tour. Arrived 15 mins before the tour start at Wellington Park but one one was there to welcome us, and there’s only people who went picnic there laying under the trees. Tried to contact Klook to ask for contact number but they said no contact detail is available (check picture attached). its obviously a scam where no tour guide came, no one called us, no contact number to call to ask questions or about the tour. I went to the first checkpoint on my own which is Balliol College hoping to see any tour guide there hoping I might meet any group from the same company, but to no avail. Scam! Klook give me my refund!

The bus was stuck so the tour ended before arrival and I could only look at Oxford University from the front gate. I asked if I could change the time 2 hours before the tour, but I didn't get a reply because of the time difference between our country and the US, and I didn't get a reply until 9 AM Korean time. It was a disaster because I didn't know about the UK traffic conditions. I completely ruined my trip by flying all the way to the UK to see the Harry Potter filming locations. The responses and responses were too slow, and I didn't have any connections and wasn't fluent in English, so it was a trip where I only wasted 150,000 won on the bus fare to Oxford. I don't want to use Klook again because they are inflexible.

very bad! once you are there you cannot find the local operator because there is no contact number, the meet-up location is difficult to find. the QR code given to us was not being recognized by Christ Church. we ended up attending a free tour of other local operator. Never again!

I didn’t see the guide at the meeting point. I felt so bad that I didn’t get the tours and I can’t entry the library and colleges …the tour should point out where should we meet by showing us photo.

i have been to oxford. There is no blue uniform person waiting u. they always wear simple dress cos they are students there. i like the guide bring me around. she is explain every places very details and make me know well about oxford. sadly, i forgot to note her name.

Informative walk around of Oxford campus, led by an Oxford postgraduate, Vera. Vera told behind-the-doors stories of Oxford vividly, which made the tour more interesting. Good experience

It's the worst. Never do this. I went all the way to London and ruined my whole day. There was no guide at all.

Our tour guide, Angelina was a great and friendly tour guide. As she was an existing student from Trinity College, she was knowledgeable and shared many interesting information with us.
