- Airport pick-up instructions: Airport pick-up service is available (only for Shuangliu Airport pick-up). Each tourist should send flight information to the official customer service before traveling to arrange airport pick-up; the pick-up time is before 24:00 on the same day.
- Instructions for leaving the group: During the group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave early or leave the group midway, the unfinished part of the trip will be deemed to have been abandoned by you, and no fees will be refunded. If any accident occurs after leaving or leaving the group, you will be responsible for all responsibilities and losses.
- Accommodation instructions: If you do not check in at the designated hotel during the itinerary, you will not be able to get a discount or refund, and you will be responsible for other accommodation costs. If the hotel is full or is requisitioned due to force majeure or other factors, our company has the right to make adjustments, please know; hotel resources are tight during holidays, and if there are not enough hotel rooms, our customer service will inform you in advance and adjust to other room types or hotels of the same level. - Meeting location: Chengdu City. The whole day of the tour is the meeting day, and there will be no group activities. It is recommended to choose the flight on the collection day. If you arrive early, you will be responsible for the accommodation expenses if you arrive early. Pick-up is provided before 24:00 on the collection day.
- Group disbanding location: Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. The group disbanding time is around 17:00 Beijing time. You can purchase a return ticket on the night of the group disbanding. However, you may encounter traffic control or other reasons on the way back, which may cause the group disbanding to be delayed. To be on the safe side, you can purchase a return ticket for the next day.
- The age range for this product is: 6-60 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian before participating in the tour.
- Some areas in western Sichuan are relatively backward due to local conditions and environmental constraints: hotel hardware and supporting facilities cannot be compared with first- and second-tier cities. We try our best to choose the best hotels to stay in.
- Accommodation on the night the group ends is not included, please know.
