- We might cancel the tour if we do not have at least 20 participants by 14 days before the scheduled departure.

- Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
- The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
- If the Shin-Hotaka Ropeway is closed due to weather conditions, the optional tour will be canceled.
- Reservations for the Shin-Hotaka Ropeway will be handled by the tour guide on the day of the tour.
- Hotel checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please spend time in the lobby or other common areas until departure. (Rooms will not be available after 10:00 AM.)
- Snowy views may not be visible due to weather conditions; please be aware of this in advance.
