• If the number of passengers is less than the maximum, one additional luggage can be placed for each passenger less.
• The service time is 10 hours. Overtime will be charged at JPY 5,000/hour (payable on-site). Overtime Fee: For service exceeding 10 hours, an additional JPY 5,000/hour will be charged (any portion of an hour will be calculated as one full hour). Child Seats: The first child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional child seat will be charged JPY 2,000. Please indicate the number of seats required in the “Remarks” section on the order page. The fee should be paid directly to the driver on-site. Pick-up and drop-off范围 is limited to Kyoto City (meaning both the starting and ending points must be within Kyoto City). If your pick-up and drop-off location is within the options but outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, the service time is 8 hours. If your pick-up and drop-off location is outside the options and also outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, an additional JPY 5,000 or more will be charged. If the departure/end point is at Narita Airport/Haneda Airport, an additional JPY 20,000/12,000 will be charged for the 7-seater and JPY 25,000/16,000 for the 10-seater. Extra Kilometer Fee: When the total distance exceeds 300 kilometers, an additional JPY 400/kilometer will be charged. Departure time and itinerary can be arranged by you. Driver Language: Chinese/Japanese/English (randomly assigned; customer requests can be made in advance, and we will try our best to arrange accordingly, but if we are unable to do so, translation software will be used). Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic spots but will explain sightseeing strategies in the car!
