Our Cancun snorkeling tour is a 3.5-hour excursion (with 2 hours in the water) designed for all skill levels. The entire area boasts a maximum depth of 9 feet, ensuring calm waters and minimal to no currents.

The operator organised the snorkeling trip well. But I am unhappy with Klook as they did not mention in the description that there would additional charges. You need to pay USD20 docking fee seperately
Overall, the experience was good. It was a small group—just 7 of us—which made it more personal and enjoyable. Deisy was incredibly helpful, especially when I asked her to assist me in diving deeper while snorkeling to get a closer look at the stingrays and turtles. She consistently ensured that everyone was safe and comfortable throughout the tour. Emilio did a fantastic job as the boat captain, and I appreciated his efforts to keep the group entertained. The only downside was the lack of photos. As a solo traveler, I felt the photographer focused mainly on the groups and families, despite it being a small group of 7. I ended up with very few shots, and they weren’t the greatest. In hindsight, I should have asked him to take more photos of me—lesson learned! All in all, it was a good trip. While it wasn’t the best snorkeling spot I’ve been to, the team did a great job, and I had a positive experience. Kudos to them!
