- By bus: From Abu Dhabi, take bus #192 and #193
- By car: From Dubai, start on the Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road (E11) and take Abu Dhabi-Shahama Road (E10). Switch to Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway and take exit before Sheikh Khalifa Bridge. Taxi fare from Dubai will cost between AED300 to AED350 one way
- By car: From Abu Dhabi, take Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway (E12), which can be accessed from Corniche Road or Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street or Zayed the First Street. Take exit right after Sheikh Khalifa Bridge to the museum. Taxi fare from Abu Dhabi city will cost between AED30 and AED40

This was my second time visiting the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and I’d say the experience is not as good as the first. It’s a must-visit when you’re in Abu Dhabi, especially for first-time tourists. The museum is about a one-hour drive from Dubai, making it an easy day trip.
The staff are genuinely friendly, and the exhibitions are enormous and beautifully curated. I highly recommend checking out the temporary exhibitions, as they change every year. Overall, it’s truly a place not to be missed when visiting Abu Dhabi.

if is always a stunning and highly inspirational museum with new artworks, new discoveries each time. right before closing, the attendants will aggressively sweep you out, so leave plenty of time. we thought 90 minutes would be fair, but alas it still wasn’t enough time. wish we had more!

The entry tixket from Klool worked seamlessly for entering the musuem, eliminating the need to queue up. Overall the musuem is divided in around 10 sections from Stone Age to Post Modern artwork. With various priceless unique artworks on display, this is a must visit if youre in Abu Dhabi.
