The car was near my hotel at the exact time of appointment. The driver is very polite and professional and the guide Ankur is such a pleasant person. I appreciate his company so much! While we were walking around Taj Mahal and he was telling interesting details about the building, we also stoped to make photos at scenery points, that he knows. There was a little miscommunication with the pick up time but the Aman and Faz redeemed it... and I felt taken care of from start to finish.
