Kathmandu Nagarkot Sunrise & Guided Hiking Tour

My experience on the Nagarkot sunrise tour with trekking was simply unforgettable! Watching the sun rise over the majestic Himalayan mountains from the viewing deck was a breathtaking moment. The sky transformed into hues of gold and orange, illuminating the snow-capped peaks—a truly mesmerizing sight. After soaking in the view, we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast at a hotel with panoramic mountain views. The food was hearty, and the setting made it even more special. Our tour guide, Ram, played a big role in making this experience exceptional. He was incredibly helpful in taking beautiful photos and videos for us, ensuring we captured every magical moment. He also explained the views and sights along the way, and named the various mountains we saw, adding depth to our journey. The 2-hour trek through Nagarkot village was another highlight. We interacted with warm and friendly villagers, getting a glimpse into their authentic way of life. Along the way, we saw chickens, goats, ducks, and buffalo, adding to the rural charm. Crossing the long suspension bridge between the mountains was both thrilling and scenic—an adventure in itself! Special mention to our driver, who skilfully drove us to and from our hotel to Nagarkot, a journey that took about an hour plus each way. His expertise made us feel safe and comfortable. This tour is perfect for anyone seeking natural beauty, cultural immersion, and a bit of adventure. I highly recommend it for a refreshing escape from city life!

The guide was really friendly. He arrived 10 minutes early and played good music along the way. He gave me helpful explanations here and there. He also took a lot of great pictures for me. Thank you. I will use the guide again next time I travel to Nepal!
