What to expect
Alba offers relaxation and wellness through 100% naturally heated geothermal water, rich in minerals such as sulphur, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Extracted from underground aquifers 550 meters below the surface at 37–43 °C, the water is treated, sanitized, and supplied to pools daily. Cold plunge pools use cooled water while maintaining mineral balance, and wastewater is treated and reinjected to sustain the aquifer. Guests can enjoy a variety of bathing experiences, including the rain pool (The Falls) and seasonal pool (The Seasons), while freshwater needs are met through rainwater collection used for garden irrigation and the onsite nursery. The mineral-rich pools are said to aid relaxation and support recovery from fatigue, stiffness, and muscular discomfort
