Please note that refunds are not possible. ※ The Seoul Land 1-day free pass is valid until December 31, 2023. Refunds are not available for the one-day free pass to Seoul Land. ※ Seat assignments will be provided on the event day. Please be aware that you cannot pre-select specific areas or seat numbers. ※ Bringing food into the concert hall is prohibited. (Water is an exception.) ※ Taking photographs and videos using telephoto cameras within the concert hall is not allowed. Bag inspections may occur before entering the venue. ※ Neither our company nor the organizer can be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets after they have been received.
